Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Until January 1, 2026: Full refund after bank charges
• January 1 – May 30, 2026: 50% refund after bank charges
• After June 1, 2026: No refunds
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 6, 2025.
