EAHIL 2026 – Oral Presentation Guidelines

🎀 Preparing your slides

  • Please prepare your slides in PowerPoint (.PPTX) format.
  • The recommended slide ratio is 16:9 (widescreen) with a minimum resolution of 1920Γ—1080.
  • You may use your own design or the EAHIL 2026 presentation template, which will be made available before the conference.
  • Keep your slides clear and concise: limit text, use visuals, and ensure readability from a distance.
  • Avoid excessive animations or videos that may slow transitions.

  • Each presentation slot is 20 minutes total: approximately 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • Session Chairs will moderate timing and facilitate Q&A.
  • All presentations should be delivered in English.
  • The EAHIL 2026 Conference will be held in person in Antalya, TΓΌrkiye.

  • Each session room will be equipped with:
    • A Windows computer with the latest version of PowerPoint
    • Projector and screen (16:9)
    • Presenter remote
    • Microphone and audio support
  • Please bring your presentation on a USB drive and upload it to the room computer during the break before your session starts.
  • Technicians or volunteers will be available to assist you.

EAHIL 2026 – Poster Presentation Guidelines

🧾 Preparing your poster

  • Posters should clearly and visually present research findings, projects, or professional experiences.
  • The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm Γ— 1189 mm) in portrait (vertical) orientation.
  • Posters must be printed in advance and brought to the conference venue by the presenter. Printing services will not be available on site.
  • Use legible fonts and high contrast between text and background.
  • Include the title, author(s), institution(s), and contact information clearly at the top of your poster.
  • Avoid dense blocks of text β€” use visuals, graphs, and bullet points to improve readability.
  • All posters must be prepared in English.

πŸ“Œ Display and setup

  • Poster boards and pins will be provided by the organizers.
  • Each poster will have a dedicated display number, indicated in the final conference programme.
  • Please mount your poster on your assigned board before the first poster session (exact times will be announced).
  • Posters should remain displayed for the duration of the conference and be removed after the final session.
  • Posters not removed by the authors will be taken down by the organizers after the event.

πŸ—£ Poster sessions

  • Presenters are expected to be present at their posters during the scheduled poster session(s) to discuss their work and engage with participants.
  • Poster sessions will take place in the designated exhibition areas of the conference venue.
  • Detailed session times and locations will be published in the official Programme.

πŸ† Best Poster Award

  • All displayed posters will automatically be considered for the EAHIL 2026 Best Poster Award.
  • Evaluation criteria include clarity, originality, visual design, and relevance to the conference theme.
  • The winner will be announced during the Closing Ceremony.
