Abstracts and Full Papers Inquiries
Participants are invited to submit abstracts aligned with the conference theme and subthemes.
Authors of accepted abstracts may optionally submit full papers to be included in the conference proceedings.
Submission Process:
- Abstract submission opens: 1 September 2025
- Deadline for abstracts: 14 November 2025
- Notification of acceptance: 15 December 2025
All abstracts and papers will undergo peer review by the International Programme Committee.

Guidelines for oral presentations and poster preparation will be provided upon acceptance.
Presenters will receive:
